1. User’s Eligibility & Acceptance
Use of Prodent.com is available only to persons who can legally form contracts under Indian law. Persons deemed “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible.
If you are under 18 years of age, transactions must be carried out by a parent or legal guardian. Prodent reserves the right to terminate access if age eligibility is violated.
If you are registering as a business entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind the entity to this agreement.
2. Account & Registration Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Prodent shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
If Prodent suspects a security breach or misuse, it may suspend or terminate your account without liability.
All information provided must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Prodent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.
3. Fees & Services
Membership on Prodent.com is free. Prodent does not charge browsing or registration fees.
Prodent reserves the right to introduce, modify, or charge for services at its discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
4. Our Products
All products are described and displayed in good faith. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen differences.
Prodent shall not be liable for inadvertent description or display errors.
5. Pricing Information
While Prodent strives for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Prodent reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.
If payment has already been processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Payment Process

Prodent may pre-authorize card payments before dispatch. Debit card limits may affect order processing time.
Security codes are required to prevent unauthorized card use.

Fraudulent card usage liability rests solely with the cardholder.

9. Fraudulent or Declined Transactions
Prodent reserves the right to recover costs, legal fees, and damages arising from fraudulent website usage and may initiate legal proceedings.
